We include the following to maximize your comfort and enjoyment during your stay at our Beautiful ocean front Home

THE HOUSE

Every room of the house has fantastic ocean and coastal views. The house looks right into the Rosada left point.

BEDROOMS:

All 3 bedrooms are Master bedrooms, each with a King size bed, full large bathroom, private deck, and a smart TV. The King bed in the lower bedroom is split and the shower has a large tile bath. 

BATHROOMS:

3 Full Bathrooms + a guest bathroom.

KITCHEN:

Complete Kitchen with all supplies including: a microwave, 5 burner gas stove with versatile center grill, toaster, blender, Cuisinart grinde, extensive high quality cookware, and a dishwasher.

There is also a full BBQ center with a large gas grill, counter, and sink. 

OFFICE:

Includes a twin pull-out couch bed, Air Conditioning, and a fan.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen all have a fan, Air Conditioning, a 48" smart TV with full Claro satellite.

• Just steps from the front, you can surf at a world-class left point: either at the left hand Rosada point directly in front, or the First Peak and Santana Beach in front of the Inn.

• For established clients, there is access to surf boards, boogie boards, diving gear, and fishing gear.

CUISINE

On the Property: We have a full kitchen at the house.  You can have it fully stocked with personal choices by contacting the main office. There is a nice basic market on the road just before the main office.  If you ask, you can get fresh fish or meat to your specific needs.  You can be on Santana Beach or Playa Gigante when the fisherman come in and personally pick your fish.  You can even dive and fish right on the reefs in front of the house to get your own, if the surf is not too big. The Ranch also offers personal cooks to come in and cook for you or teach you local cooking techniques.

There are several great fruit stands right on the road in Tola and multiple markets in Rivas. The most extensive is the Super Pali on the main highway at the southern end of town.  It is about 20-30 minutes to drive there.

We also have multiple fruit trees on the property, including: papaya, mango, banana, lime, orange, and grapefruit trees. 

Rancho Santana has multiple wonderful restaurants: La Finca y el Mar and the Café in the main office building have excellent fresh offerings for all meals. There is also a full bar and lots of other amenities.

The café at the Rosada Clubhouse and at Los Perros are also very good.

Outside of The Ranch there are multiple places:

Yolanda’s, a few minutes north on the main road, is very good basic, and cheap local food. It is a warm and friendly place.  Service is personal but slow so go there to relax.  

Magnific Rock is a bit further north; visible as a huge red structure on the point at the northern end of Santana beach.  It has fantastic views, usually good food and a full bar.  An excellent place to watch the sunsets!  

Just south on the main road is Hacienda Iguana.  There are three restaurants there with Pele’s at the clubhouse right at Playa Colorado being the best.  You need to make plans ahead to get into Hacienda Iguana. Ask the front office about access to Hacienda Iguana.

The next bay south is Playa Gigante.  It has multiple restaurants and a small market.  

If you make it to Granada one of our favorite places in Nicaragua to eat is El Zarguan right behind the church in the central plaza.  It is fantastic!
